If you are happy to proceed we will arrange in-person assessment at the property, which usually takes between 30-45 minutes. The EPC will then be lodged on the Central Register (GOV.UK) and a link will be emailed to you the same of next working day.

An EPC is required whenever a property is rented or sold – its the law and if you don’t have one when you need one you could be fined.
What does an EPC show?
An EPC shows how energy efficient your property is on a scale of A-G. National average is currently a D. It also includes estimated running costs and recommendations for improvements.

Our pricing is straightforward and honest! With nothing to pay upfront & starting from just £55. There are no hidden extras or VAT to pay. Prices can vary depending on location and the size of the property.
What areas do we cover?
We are based in Guiseley, Leeds but cover most Leeds (LS) & Bradford (BD) postcodes. We occasionally cover Harrogate (HG) & Wakefield (WF) postcodes but may have to charge extra to cover travel costs.
