If you are happy to proceed will will arrange in-person appointment at the property. We measure each room using an accurate laser measure, this usually takes between 20-30 minutes. The floor plan sketch will then be converted using our professional software into a digital floor plan and a link will be emailed to you within same day or next working day.
All our floor plans are primarily for marketing purposes and are not to scale.
Prices start from as little as £55.

Can we change the design?
Yes! Our software provides a variety of styles, colours and designs. A 2D floor plan gives a simple overall lay-out. 3D gives more detail and can help interested parties visualise the size and space of each room.
Are you an estate agent? We can create a bespoke design for all your floor plans, matching your colour scheme and including a water-mark of your logo.
How much does it cost?
Our pricing is straightforward and honest! With nothing to pay upfront & starting from just £55. There are no hidden extras or VAT to pay. Prices can vary depending on location and the size of the property.
What areas do we cover?
We are based in Guiseley, Leeds but cover most Leeds (LS) & Bradford (BD) postcodes. We occasionally cover Harrogate (HG) & Wakefield (WF) postcodes but may have to charge extra to cover travel costs.
